It all kicks off during the evening of Friday 14th June with the diving on 15th & 16th June.

The tides are the best we will have had for a long time, so good that some clubs are already planning to come early and start diving on the previous Wednesday – 13th June!

Reserve those dates and download the booking form!

Make a week of it?

Some clubs make a week of it and come down early or arrive late.   Plenty of diving to be had and with a RIB, a number of launching options within a hour’s drive can open up some exciting alternate dive options.

The Diving

Club RIBs go to pre marked sites, launching early  on Saturday 10th June at Penzance Harbour and we have a great time diving!  Everything is organised according to the dive selections you make on your booking forms.  Saturday evening we have a massive BBQ organised by one of the local clubs and then we have fund raising raffles and auctions!

Sunday TBA– more diving for those who are able to do so!  Because not everyone is ‘fit to dive’ after the party, the Sunday diving is organised ‘on the spot’.

What does it cost?  Pricing is held at last years level – welcome news in these times of rising costs! £27.50 per head for the weekend with all profits going to DDRC, the hyperbaric chamber in the south west.

What does this cover?  Your diving and your BBQ!  Fuel is reimbursed for all club boats used at the festival on the Saturday – the costs of the BBQ and our minimal organisational expenses.  Over the last 20 years, we have raised almost £50,000 for DDRC.  Our main emphasis will be to have a great time and meet all our friends and dive buddies again!

Safety.  All diving is planned within the BSAC Safe Diving Guidelines – Your dive choicSONY DSCes must be within your qualification and experience and this is confirmed on the booking form by your own branch diving officer.
